I paid bribe for police passport verification

Once we got post from our nearest police station that we have to go there for passport verification.When i reached there i saw lots of people were there all for passport verification.we filled a form given by police but when we went for submit that form they bindast asked us for Rs.200.all the poeple in queue submit forms and Rs.200 as a BRIBE.all the department get their cuts from all forms submitted.People do not have any option bcoz who dare to dump police in police station as specially in India where corruption is now a part of politics.Thank you...!!!
