I paid a bribe for Registration of my bike Suziki Access

I **********, paid bribe for Registration of my vehicle. The Registration fees is Rs. 300/-. But the people took 1600/-. With out paying bribe I went first. They are asking for this paper, that paper and so on. But I provided each and every paper with out fail. At last I understood that they need Bribe, not any papers. And next I paid bribe. What a people in our country. Shame on us.
