I paid bribe of Rs 10,000 at passport office DeenDayal Updadhyay Nagar Raipur for my urgent passport renewal Date: March 2012.
When I reached the passport office head Genus Lakra informing that renewal officer is returning me back everyday and not renewing my passort which I need urgently for official trip in new job, Mr Lakra himself told me that for this issue I have to reach Manish ( who runs xerox shop in ground floor of building)
Manish told that my application will be rejected if i do not pay the total amount of 10k
which will be given to officers including Lakra. I paid with heavy heart as my trip was extremely urgent for my job but I still feel guilty everyday
