I am from ap residing in mysore from past 28 years since my birth wen i completed my puc i got good % in cet exam went counciling to b'lore their my seat was cancled saying need to bring Caste certificate which is provided by karnataka govt then i came back to mysore did all the leagal procedure to get caste certificate from a clerk to thasidar i met every one asked money i paid, they said me to get a xerox copy of their office papers i got that also i paid for xerox 250/-. initially wen i narrated all the story they said we will issue the certificate i filled all the obligation i roamed one month behind it but of no use later i went DC office i met him i got very unpredictive responce from DC he said as if an insane. i lost my engineering seat i could'nt do it everything went on toss. i paid money from a peon to till thasildar and dc thereafter till their office expenses.
