I paid Rs 50 for not carrying emission certificate

The Cop near Bangalore Railway station stopped me. I kept my emission certificate for xerox at home. I told him that I will produce the same in the court or whatever. He did not agree and went ahead with penalising me.
I was in a hurry also. So I shelled out Rs 50 and silenced him.
