I have applied for birth certificate for getting passport.
My name was not registered in village register so i have to apply for municipal tehsildar, after applying it takes one month to come at tahsildar for final sign and then he never give me sign until i have given money to him.
First he said i have get reciept and then after asking for reciept he asked me to give money and he will sign it.and he took 400 rs from me.
