I went to the tehsildar office. went to the perfect counter. as per procedure applied for the same. i was called a week later. i went exactly a week later. the officer told me that he is i posession of the documents but ill have to wait. i waited for around an hour.again i approached him. then he said, "sir to copy all this documents we require money from u" how many? i asked. 1000/- ok i gave the amount. he brought photocopies of three papers which may be costing rs.3/- only. after this again he told me to wait for some time. this time he excused by saying "the signatory authority is absent today lets wait and see if he comes by afternoon" after an hour again i approached him. he replied the same. this time i told him, sir please this is a very urgent document i need it very badly see some other seniors can sign over it? he went for few minutes and came back to me saying "yes your work will be done by some seniors but he demands money" again i gave rs. 1000/- to get the signature on my document
