I was asked to pay Rs. 600 by a traffic police constable

I bought a new 2 wheeler Hondia Activa about 6 months back and 3 days after the purchase I was stopped by a traffic constable for the documents. When I could not provide any documents like RC & Insurance ( which were under processing) was told that the vehicle will be ceased and will be at the control room unless I pay him Rs 600. I was helpless hence had to pay.
