location - Seliyur Subregistar office Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Designation of the officer - Registrar

They charge 15,000 Rs for land registration. That goes for the registrar. The DD collector guy gets 50Rs for getting the DD. And 2500 Rs for submitting Montage document.
