********** i can't remember now but it was January 2010 when i was driving from vadodara to ahmdabad with my parents and iw as stoped after vadodara-ahmdabad express way and was blamed not putting yellow stip on one side of front light, i told i am from delhi and coming from there and there is no rule in delhi about pulling yellow strip . but he don't understand .
If he want he could hav given us warning or suggest to put yellow strip imediately , but he want money so he said there will be chalan of rs. 500 or pay 200 rs . and settled on 150 rs.
i belive my side was wrong , but what about trafic police , if he want he can suggest us to put yellow strip from any shop otherwise you will be fined as state rules how can a outsider knows when he is coming from delhi just to see ahmdabad .
