I was forced to pay bribe
- Transport
- New Domestic Driving License
- Paid INR 100
After testing for license, I was asked to take photograph.
I waited there for some more time. Then one guy called my name and told me to report the senior office at upstairs.
He just collected Rs. 100 from every one naming the cost as flag money. Just they gave two flags named as "INDIAN ARMY".
If refused, he said License will not be issued.
I was completely disappointed on that day for giving bribe. That was my only bribe in my life time......
In what track INDIA is marching towards????????
