If no money no seat....
That is in winter, mid november, i went varanasi for IAF SSB selection, while return to vizag, i with my friend booked ticket in internet on the evening of same day of journey that is in waiting list. we don't know that ticket is not valid until 1 hr before the train came, later we took general tckt and boarded in SL class, it is very cold that night, we sufferd a lot for 3 hrs at bathroom. Then TTE came at around 3 am, we explained the pblm, then he wrote 400 hundred for the ticket and 200 as bribe. Finaly we got berths at around 4 am.
