I paid a bribe of 100 and was looked down upon. I enhanced the amount to 200. The Clerk named Buchi ********** I think asked "idhi saripothunda ?" I coughed up another 200. In total 400 and the office is open in the ground floor. Everyone who wants to inspect files pays. I saw atleast 2 others handing over 1000 Rs notes to this clerk. Now after 2 months and running around still my work is not done. He just smiles and says some excuse or the other. It is a collective corruption. I was thinking how to complain to Registrar (Vigilance) by Annonymous profile. I guess I cannot or complaint will not be entertained.
