Have purchased a plot in Ansal's ********** city merrut (UP) and the possession is due. I recieved a call from the ansal office that I shud come and take final possession of my property. I enquired about the charges and the person told me that it wud be around 25000. when I asked bout the breakup I was really surprised how blatantly he dscribed it.
He said approx 10000 wud be prescribed fee and approx 15000 has to be paid as bribe to officials there to get the work done. I said I m not doing any illegal purchase why ********** i pay bribe. He told me that it wont b possible without it.
I have given him 13.04.2011 next wednesday date for the **********.
