I was going to US for the first time and the immigration officer said your passport is old and needs some verification. He asked me if I am carrying any dollars. I said I have few dollars. He said put some dollars in the passport and bring it back otherwise I will reject. I gave $40 dollars. I was scared and did not know what to do. I wish I should not have done that.
