Immigration Dept. bribe at Mumbai airport
When I came to india from Africa, the immigration officer asked to see my yellow fever card. I showed him the card issued to me in mumbai. He saw that and said i had not signed it so how can he know that it is mine. I showed him my name on it but he was not convinced so he told me to wait aside while he attended another passenger. I then again asked him what he wants to do about it. He then told me to give him INR 500/- and he will let me go. He kept my yellow fever card and told me he will collect the money and give my card back in the toilet near the exit. I then went out. After crossing the customs he was there near the toilet waiting for me. I gave him the money.
