I m here by writing with due respect to the SP of Guntur regarding the below false affidavit filed by the Sub inspector of Police A V Bramham of krosur police station without any investigation
and misleading us in all possible directions.
1. Have never visited vutukuru village in my life time... and was brought to Krosur police station from Chittoor I town police station on the pretext of counseling in front of Chittoor I Town SI Venkat Chinna -9440796715 on 17 April 4 PM, in front of elders
a. Kodigunta Palle village head MR Sudhakar Naidu - 9441892278,
b. My father Balasubramanyam - 9440315942,
c. Sudhakar chowdhary , escorted 2 police personnel from Chittoor.
2. Have informed the same regarding my escorting to DSP MR Lakshmiah naidu on 18th April around 7 am It is false the below that SI A V Brahmam served 41-A Cr.P.C, in fact was present in the Police station from 18 Apr 2 am, even I have subjected him that accused should be sent to remand with in 24 hours , he promised me of counseling with the complaint which he failed and was sent to remand on 20-1-15.
3. when I have asked to identify the complaint Sindhu latha in the police station about her look alikes with the pictures they were not able to identify, this could be subjected to CCTV footage in the police station on the date of registration of the complaint, validating signature/ handwriting of (SI/complainant) calligraphy for authenticity.
4. We had an mutual agreement dated 31-OCT -2014 in Chittoor in Sindhu towers in the presence of Circle Inspector A Vijaya Krishna ,we have registered complaint with Chittoor DSP MR Lakshmiah naidu who suggested us to meet SP Srinivas G in this matter for further guidance for creating an evidence for the occurrence of this incidence, for which we are in continuos talks with murali CC in SP office as we have handed over Gold worth 10 lakhs influence of CI Mr Vijaya Krishna and presence of elders.
The above mentioned Points 1,2,3 are strictly due to the negligence and false manipulation of incidents which should be avoided in all possible ways which is clear example of misusing 498-A causing harrasements to the victims and their families as we have been living separately since after forcible abortion in April 2013,
