One middlemen puran singh(D-18/36, 3rd Top floor, gali no 23, old govind pura, krishna nagar, delhi-110051). He is the driver of MCD Licence inspector. He collects the all bribe money and his share is 30% and rest inspector keeps that. He always stay at home and only go 1 or 2 days in month on job. He confirmed that recently has taken bribe and he purchased New house, New bike and New CAR. He also made one more floor on roof as well. You will be surprised earlier was working as "Dhobi". Now making good money.
