I needed a police clearance certificate on my passport and hence I applied for the same with the SSP office and the verification has to be done by the intelligence branch. They had called me to a busy square to make the transaction. After confirming that I was alone and am not bugged they descended from the flyover. They demanded around thousand but I settled for 600 *******
