First of all i would like to about my self . I am Dr. ********** ********** ********** woking in the Governemt org. who was very much optimistic regarding + change in the society. Strong volunteer of **********'s camp always fighting against of corruption. Many times outsiders approach me to take some money and do some work in there favor what we call it as "le de ke" concept. at that time I always laugh on them and deny politely by saying that here "there is not such type of culture in this organisation".
But I realizes the truth when carrier of my brother was spoiled due to this honesty . he has not given the money to police for passport verifacation as a result police has made false noting and he could't get his passport at the time and failed to go to Germany for Ph.D I want to know who is responsible for this system. is it ********** kalmadi or ********** ...
So after that I decided I will pay bribe and make my work easily so I did it for issue of my passport and work done smoothly ... This is common culture rate is fix for every one
