I have lissen many times about the dalals in the rto offices but never mind that but that day came to my life whene i paid the bride for the issue of of the my license i want to rto office and contact to clerk of license department that how could i can get my ma license he asked u want direct license in time or u can weight for the months but i could'nt weight for my license because i need an id of my . then he sugested me please give me 400 before subbmiting of the form and 200 at the time of issuse of your license i qusetion to him that why he is asking for paying this much money whoes original cost is 100 rupees and u r asking this much he repplied me that from me to top every one need money to forward your documents so what can i do for that and i paid him the bride.
