I am ankur babu, I married on 7 Feb 2011, in jaswant NAGAR etawah near mulayam singh Yadav area.
For marriage registration he asked me the fee of registration I paid him but when I asked for slip he told me slip will come from DM office. After some time discuss with my friend about fee they told me marriage registration is done free of cost.
Like this I trapped
I remembered the person by face
And more over he told me his cast
He is jatav
And a sub registrar there
He is from Agra
He earns daily about 10 to 15 thousand extra as bribe
