Just getting a pilot's licence issued
All my papers were cleared,completed and sucessful after completing my type rating course from abroad.....the dgca officials checked it all and said that its CLEAR and ready to get issued....BUT THEY DEMANDED 10,000INR TO ISSUE IT EVEN AFTER EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR....i was forced to pay the bribe orelse i may not have got it ever.....I PAID A *******
