Hello Raghu,
Recently I went to BBMP office for Khata Transfer and I wask asked to pay Rs 10000 over and above 2500 official fees for khata transfer. After negotiating I still had to pay Rs 7500 to one Mr. A.
There are 25 fltats in our appartment out of which around 8 flats have got their khata transfer done by paying Rs 7500 as bribe.
Would be glad if this person can be stopped somehow. 7500 is huge sum and then from 25 flats it realy really huge.
