Was forced to pay up Rs.1,75,000 to get Land Conversion from Agricultural to Residential. This bribe was paid to a middle man who further distributed the monies to the Thasildar of K.R Puram, Asst. Commissioner to issue NOCs, BDA to issue the Land use, and finally to the Special Deputy Commisioner to issue the Conversion Letter. If this amount is not paid the file is held back on some pretext or the other.
