To apply education loan in Indian Bank for higher education in UK on our Agricultural lands as a security i got to submit our Passbooks of lands. Since we don't have passbooks for our lands, i went to Mandal Revenue Office (MRO), Pamuru Mandal, Prakasam Dist, Andhra Pradesh to apply passbooks, and Revenue incharge over there declared there wont be any issue of passbooks until i pay their usual prcatice of black money about 9000 rupees and he also took 16000 rupees for Land valuation report to bank in order to sanction the loan. the bank trust the report given by MRO, so all in all my abroad education made me to pay my first bribe which is so expensive!!! I often get very angry when i remember this in my life but what to do?,i am living in a such a system, no bribe, no life.
