Hi,
I had decided that i will not pay a bribe for my learner's license. And hence on the day i went to the RTO for the test,i did not approach any touts or agents. I appeared for the test after reading the test material. however, i failed. I am an engineer with an MBA and they failed me on this stupid test. The questions are different from the reading material. Sometimes they are vague. I realised what a trap this is. I paid a bribe to an agent. When i sat for the examination they gave me a question paper with answers marked on it. I passed and got my license. I REALLY did not want to pay the bribe, but i would have just wasted more leaves from the office.
