I have applied for the license of cyber cafe & even though i had all my documents i had to pay bribe from lower level to commissioner level for getting the license...its not only for me its for all the cyber cafe owner. Its a fix rate for all the cyber cafe owner. not only that every year we have to pay a fix amount to renew our license......
