Loss of revenue to the railways
I was travelling from kottayam to Ccchin having been to ticket counter and was told that I can't be issued with a ticket for reservation compartment and was told to upgrade onboard the train onboard ticket examinar told me it is 400 rupee and took 200 rupeeand went off with out issuing a ticket I can only assume he pocketed that money
