When the baggage did not arrive on my inbound flight .. I registered a 45k cost.. The clearance official said that 25000 is the limit and I need to pay tax on the additional 20000. He said there will be lot of paper work required and hefty penalty and took me a dark room. This was the first time I had been asked a bribe so openly. Paid 1000 bucks to avoid missing my connecting flight
