Hi, I lost my passport on 9th Sep, along with some other expensive stuff like a brand new cam and an ipod. For reporting the loss of passport and to get a new one, I had to get a FIR from the police. I went to Madiwala police station. The policeman was very friendly, contrary to what I had expected. I wrote a complaint. Just as I was about to ********** the SI, the policeman who took my complaint said I have to pay some fees (aka bribe). I did not want to waste more time over it. So I paid the amount he asked for(250). Well, that's how the story goes. I regret paying the bribe. I usually don't do that and don't mind having to visit a government office umpteen times to get a thing done. But lack of time and patience did me in here.
