I had lost my passport while travelling in Goa, and I wanted to file the complaint so that I can get the certificate to apply for new passport. However the constable kept on saying how difficult it will be for me if I dont get certificate. He kept on giving excuses to come next day etc till I buckled to pay 2000 rupee, before giving me the certificate saying I have lost the passport and investigation is on.
