MADURAI CORPORATION WILLFULLY ISSUE BC WITH MISTAKE FOR BRIBE

Madurai Corporation issued Birth Certificate with incorrect
spelling and joining of names which is absurd. Fighting for
the last one year to correct, but they do not do and expect
bribe which I have not paid till now. There is a provision for online correction but they do not care. When you call, they are rude and say that they don't see any e-mail. Informally I understand they expect around 10,000. Intend to take up the
matter at CM level.
