We have been reporting the meter problem which did not run at least 3 months and kept following to change the meter. Finally they came and replaced the meter after paying Rs.1000/- bribe and also in the EB department records they showed single phase connection as three phase connection and kept invoicing accordingly. We gave complaint on this regard as well to correct EB records and the bribe paid for both. They make small problems as very much complicated and try to drag to get money from the customers.
