Its story of Government Medical College, Patiala, Punjab,
There MBBS interns have to pay bribe to Clerk Mr. Pankaj, in training branch, for making a favourable timetable of duties, and for getting posted in cool departments in rotational internship, students who donot pay are posted in difficult units, its big nexus, and those who donot pay have to suffer alot.
