Mr. Malaki demanded 25,000 rupees to give two (2) new III Phase connections to our house. After so many requests and negotiations, he agreed for 5,000 rupees. We did not have to pay him as there was nothing wrong on our side. We followed each and every regulation.

A month later, ACB caught him red handed. He was caught taking 40,000 rupees from someone to approve four (4) new connections.
