im the one of hating corruption, but unforunately, i was paid bribe of 1700rs, to super attendent in mysore (karnataka open university), he delay my work by 3 weeks, finally got to knw he want bribe, he looked by eyes, and gives signal, i asked hw much want to close the work, then i thought, it couldnot correct by us...because our experience taught us realstic...not imaging to do strike....
