I have applied for my marriage certificate at bagaha rregistrar office. My city name is bagaha, district west champaran, bihar.marriage certificate officer named kumar dinbandhu asked me to pay bribe of inr 5000 via his peon named naval.i have the requirement for my marriage certificate due to wife's visa . If somebody is not paying the bribe, the concerned officer is not issuing the certificaye without taking money.
