I tried to register my marriage under special marriage act 1942,but the concerned person in the regisration office found that my marriage date has passed more than 90 days,he gave me an option to pay penalty of Rs 50(its a new rule if 90 days are passed after marriage)but he found one are the other reason and neglected it,then i tried through the document writer within the registration office campus was able to process with the cost of Rs 2500(oficial cost is only Rs 150),these officers in the registration office will not accept money directly since they will be caught by anti-corruption/Vigilance dept since they deal through these document writers.
