Karnataka Telecom Employees' Cooperative Society has formed 4-5 layouts in Mysore by names, Anandhasagara, Kuberanandha Sagara, Paramananda sagara etc., Re. 6000/- is taken as registration charges (including documentation ) and Rs. 5000/- for getting Khatha (collected by another pvt agency). For sure this is a bribe collected from 100s of site owners for the registration of sites. Every week, around 50 registrations are happening at this North Taluk office near ********** talkies.
