The guy who takes the printout, of gas cylinder transfer voucher took Rs. 40 from me. Though, a small amount... I really did not like it. I was supposed to get my deposit back from him which is Rs. 1450. But, that guy gave me just Rs. 1410. When asked about the remaining amount, he replied that it is documentation charges. When demanded for a receipt - he uttered in Kanada and what I understood was - what sir you need receipt for Rs. 40. You spend so much??? Though a small amount - I really did not like it.
