I had to pay a bribe to the clerks in the exam section for them to make the principal sign my paper s to take USMLE exam.
the supervisor dictated the rules and scared the principal , not to sign my papaers.
and later one of my junior medical student talked to them and arranged for the money to be given and then they got the papers signed .
i have heard from every student that they had to pay bribe to get any paper signed by them
