Miney chewing dermites in Indian goverment offices

I was registering my new house and was having all legal documents, still the agent asked me for bribe to distribute for the babus who were doing registration. I refused but they told me without that they won't do registration, as I have already invested so much of amount in the house, I had no other option than to give what these dermites were asking for. I don't know when we will have some kind of anti dermites solution to handle bribe in government offices.
