When it was my time for admission into college and i had 72 percentage which was less as compared to the cutoff mark of college. I possesed NCC "A" certificate which gives 5 % weightage which came to knew later, then when i talked to college that i wish to give this certificate so that it could be put along with my application form i was not allowed as the form was already submitted. Later a peon asked to give Rs. 700 so that he could put my certificate into my admission file telling that the money will be shared by all of them including the admission incharge but later i bargained it to 200 and gave him and my work was done.
