A line man demands Rs 200 every time to restore the supply when it repeatedly fails in our street in village Mohali SAS Nagar, due to a faulty/damaged wire, but when the other group of line men is on duty they demand nothiing for this. He is also demanding Rs 3000/- openly to get isssued the wire to be changed....
