Early in the morning - Dropping son to school

3. No licence (was dropping my son to school - who carries a wallet at 6 in the morning)
4. No registartion - Remember point 3?

Where was the bribe?

The officer was nice enough to trust me that I would return with my bribe.

Which I did.
