Money for a passport

I wanted a passport made and a police officer came to see the house and my documents.Everything was fine but the officer kept complaining that something was missing.I knew exactly what he wanted but I tried to pretend like I didn't know what he was talking about.This frustrated him and he started threatening me by saying that he wouldn't allow the passport to be made.I ended up paying him Rs 2000.I'm not proud of what I did but it had to be done otherwise I wouldn't have got a passport.
