I had applied for a BSNL landline and broadband connection from Jayanagar 5th Phase Telecom office. Its being around a month since i had applied and followed my request with couple of calls to few of the officers. After tossing me between few people a guy finally landed at my house for the connection. He took 200 bribe and the worst was he was marketing for a ponzi survey website.
Apart from bribe we now have to tolerate this nuisance and mental torture. The government employees being educated and against their work ethics involve such of these activities. I would recommend having these points included in their Not to dos.
