Udc Venkateshwar rao working in dm&ho office vishakapatnam is looking after the files of doctors in Vizaq Dist he doesn't do the work in time , he makes files pending and demands money from doctors, he plays very tactical and puts that mistakes on doctors only , complaining about this to dm&ho and even collector is also use less so anyone plz save doctors of Vizaq from this criminal
