The Most Currupt department I find is Electrical Inspectorate in Madhya Pradesh

• Electricity and Power Supply
• New Connection for Houses
• Paid INR 4,000

I use to bribe every time for the Charging Permission of New Sub-station, at every Electrical Inspectorate, Not a single work is possible without Bribe in this Department State wide. Even, These officials have no Moral or ethics, They don't care for the Execllent workmanship Quality of Material, They are just sticky to Bribes, They also ignore safety standards, They Accept ugly workmanship & ill Material, but Bribe must be healthy.
I had undergone a fixed Rate contract with them for every specific service.
Kindly educate these Officials to Excuse those who are genuinely good Engineers & bileif in Excellent work.
